Restaurant Experience

waiterIn the construction industry, standing out as an excellent contractor requires many things. Mayer Building Company does our best to separate from the crowd by sharing with our clients three things: value, experience and integrity. In New Orleans, this certainly applies, however given our civic joie-de-vivre, sometimes, it’s important to qualify that experience with a specific kind: Restaurant Experience.

Successfully, we delivered a small conversion from “back-of-house” to “front-of-house” at the Bourbon House. We installed improvements in Cooter Brown’s and Johnny’s Po-Boys. We fabricated millwork and upholstry for a Tutti Frutti franchise. We have been called in for service work at Oak.

As we continue our marketing outreach to the many diverse and wonderful New Orleans eateries, we are confident in securing new work from repeat customers and new ones too. The reason for the confidence is simple: we bring experience and integrity to the table. In turn, we add value to our clients’ operations. Whether it is more floor space for a greater customer count, an additional banquet for seating, or preventative maintenance in a super busy kitchen, our physical improvements  turn into operational improvements  for the best of New Orleans’ industries, the successful restaurant.
