  • CANAL PLACE - Framing, plumbing and finishes for the new Michael Kors Store in Canal Place. No delays, zero punchlist items.

 

  • UNIVERSITY - Renew kitchens and baths, repaint all surfaces. Clean, market-ready status for two rental apartments Uptown.    

 

 

  • FRENCH QUARTER - Preventative maintenance for French Quarter real estate company's parking lot structure.

 

  • UPTOWN - Full interior renovation with new layout, custom kitchen and bathrooms, spray foam entire building, new custom balcony railings.

 

  • FRENCH QUARTER - Full interior, roof, and exterior renovations to another single family home on Dauphine Street. Updates included level 5 skim of plaster walls, reconfiguration of layout to suit contemporary design with reclaimed kitchen cabinets, dishwasher, water heater, and laundry. New ice-maker fridge, overmount microwave and gas range. Newly wired and terminated electrical system, newly piped and plumbed gas, supply, and waste systems. New central heat and air conditioning. Siding and window rehabilitation, stone and wood master bath, fashionable paintworks with salvaged historical picture molding.  Complete in two months flat! (Seven subcontractors including Noel's Plumbing and Guild Carpentry, Zero accidents).

    • FRENCH QUARTER - Full interior renovations to 1870s single family home on Dauphine Street. Updates included level 5 skim of plaster walls, reconfiguration of layout to suit contemporary design, stone and wood master bath, granite, porcelain and wood kitchen, powder room expansion with washer dryer, reclaimed wood floors and cabinets, chic paintworks and salvaged antique brass light fixtures. Complete in two months flat! (Eight subcontractors, Zero accidents).

    • FRENCH QUARTER - Wood balcony removal and replacement, VCC compliance,  with new iron column and capitals.

    • FRENCH QUARTER - Prepare and repaint loft apartment on Royal Street for market ready status.
      • FRENCH QUARTER - Bedroom and Bath Update: new custom tile shower, interior transoms, new vanity, toilet, medicine cabinet. Refinished hardwood floors, fresh coats of paint and new remote control ceiling fan.

       

      • BLACK PEARL - Carpentry service call: Furnish and install two new doors and hardware.  

       

      • FRENCH QUARTER - Full historic renovation of 1837 masonry building with  exterior stucco balcony replacement and paintworks, Vieux Carre shutter and facade opening rehabilitation, historic dormer replacement & courtyard rehabilitation. Scope included ground-up two story carriage house with roof deck and rear gallery.  Interior work included full retrofit of MEPS systems,  custom millwork (doors & windows) trim carpentry and reclaimined original 1837 Pensacola Heart Pine flooring, new kitchens and bathrooms, laundry closets,  subway and Travertine showers.  Eighteen (18) subcontractors including Guild Carpentry, LLC and A.M. Stigler Electric. Zero accidents. Look for the article in November's Preservation Resource Center magazine.

        

       

       

      • FRENCH QUARTER - 1800 sf Landlord Build-out. "White-box" for future tenant use. Work included reserving and patching 1837 interior stucco and masonry wall,  fire-rating the exisiting systems, adding new HVAC, lighting, and updating bathroom fixtures. New point-of-use water heater installed.

       

      • RIVERBEND - Luxury office build-out. 3,000 square feet with all new systems, new structural fire escape, full insulation and new heart pine floor. Fourteen (14) subcontractors. Zero Accidents. Before and after pictures:

                      

       

      • MID CITY - Plumbing service call.

       

      • FOUBERG ST. JOHN - Furnish and install new custom kitchen island and countertop to match existing kitchen.

       

      • CBD - Millwork service call. Mayer Builders completed this small job, in a tight space, on a tight budget. Fabricated, installed and painted a pipe chase for property manager.
       
      • UNIVERSITY -  Interior paint job. 2 day turn around, proir to new tenants moving in.

      • FRENCH QUARTER - Residential Sale and Inspection Facelift. Complete interior / exterior paintworks, Vieux Carre shutter rehabilitation, carpentry and finish floor repairs, electrical, mechanical troubleshooting and upgrades all complete on tight deadline, delivered to owner satisfaction prior to real estate industry home inspections. Six (6) subcontractors.

       

      • LAKEVIEW - Second floor addition / Attic Build Out. (Joint Venture with Guild Carpentry, LLC). Complete with new roof, new bathroom and two new bedrooms with features including two mini-splits, built-in window seat with storage, hidden storage niches, new wood stair case, contemporary finishes, brick pattern faux slate ceramics, custom "extra-large" dormers and smooth sheetrock finishes.

       

      • MID CITY - Emergency carpentry and hardware service call.

       

      • BYWATER - Emergency carpentry service call.

       

      • BROADMOOR - New backyard deck, made of continuous 2x6x20s, built in bench and creative  cedar skirt. Amazing completion time of 2 days.

       

      • UPTOWN - Plumbing service call: remove / replace faulty underground main connection, toilet repair. Response time: 1 day. Completion time: 1 day.

       

      • RIVERBEND - Plumbing service call: remove / replace faulty underground main connection, two waste stacks and Y-valves. Replace trenched sidewalk concrete. Response time: 1 day. Completion time: 1 day.

       

      • FRENCH QUATER - Wood floor bracing, wood balcony repairs, prepare and paint balcony. Safety first.

       

      • UPTOWN - Roof maintenence for commercial property on Claiborne Avenue.

       

      • LAKE VISTA - Remove and replace rotten roof section, rafter tails, gutter (2 day maintenance contract)

       

      • UPTOWN - Remove and replace drip edges and select weatherboard, paint to match, re-glaze, prep and paint existing windows.

       

      • MAGAZINE SHOPPING DISTRICT- Plumbing service call: replace kitchen sink faucet and stop leak.  Remove and haul off dilapidated shed.

       

      • FRENCH QUARTER - Strip, prepare and paint metal and wood balcony. Furnish and install new thru-wall sleeve, stop the leak.

       

      • METAIRIE - Fabrication and installation of 40' built in wood and vinyl millwork bench with custom cushions for Tutti Frutti on Veterans. Two (2) subcontractors including Guild Carpentry.

       

                         

       

      • BYWATER - Plumbing retrofit for two family dwelling.

       

      • FRENCH QUARTER - Installation of 5-6 car parking lot.

       

      • FRENCH QUARTER - Full facade paint job with turnkey VCC approval, inclusive of all shutters, fascia, dental molding and metal rails and fire escapes. 3 Subs. Zero accidents.

       

      • LAKE TERRACE - Interior paint and full deep cleaning in preparation for real estate market.

       

      • FRENCH QUARTER - Custom made walnut cabinetry, new paint job, newly patched, new re-worked cypress French door and refurbished heart pine floors (with salvage from "the Bank" and the "PRC") for premier French Quarter office.

       

      • UPTOWN - Preventative maintenance on gate for out-of-state client

      • MID CITY - Finish renovation, MEP modifications, new dedicated cooling system  and major voice / data upgrade at 2 story commercial property on Canal Street. Seven (7) Subcontractors, Four (4) Suppliers. Zero Accidents.

       

      • UPTOWN - Bathroom update with new subway tile shower wrap, new mosaic floor, wood wainscotting, restored wood window, new H/V/L, wall sconce, console sink, elongated toilet, and owner requested bathtub salvage.

       

      • JEFFERSON PARISH - Full build-out of retail store Teavana in the Lakeside Mall.  Six(6) Subcontractors, Ten (10) Suppliers. Zero Accidents.

       

      • UPTOWN -Replacement of full lite french doors, dormer repairs and repainting of kitchen suite.

       

      • MID CITY - Assembly of a 3-story playhouse before Christmas Eve on Santa's tight schedule.

       

      • FRENCH QUARTER -Debris Removal: cart and haul off courtyard debris for landlord. Turnkey clean up and broom clean:  day -of request.

       

                   

       

      • UPTOWN -Prepare and paint interior trim, walls, and ceiling in Master Suite. Correct existing deficencies.
